Your registered mobile number or email id must be correct in order to get the lost number of a lost card or enrollment ID. This is so important because you will get an OTP, using the same you can get a support number or enrollment ID.
To get duplicate support, you will need to log on to the support website at www.uidai.gov.in. In this regard, on the UDIDA's website you will find an option within the base online service.
Within the base online service, click on the Retrieved Lost UDI / EDI option. Clicking on this option will open a new webpage
